T&C's This gift voucher will not be sent to the guest recipient by the hotel, but is automatically sent to you for your records. The hotel will email you shortly after you purchase the voucher with our bespoke gift voucher for you to pass to the guest at a time of your choosing. All vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase. Gift Vouchers must be used in full. No change for partly used vouchers can be issued. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be extended. The Gift Voucher must be presented on arrival for validation and some Gift items may be subject to availability.
